Sofia Summer Fest 2020: Over 3 months of cultural events in the heart of Sofia
SOFIA HAS ITS OWN SUMMER FESTIVAL
Sofia Summer Fest launches with an ambitious program of open-air cultural activities. The festival takes place in South Park II, near the “Earth and Man” Museum and behind the Museum of Contemporary Art. All activities within the festival’s territory are conducted in compliance with the measures, rules, and restrictions imposed by COVID-19.
THIS PROJECT IS IMPLEMENTED WITH THE FINANCIAL SUPPORT OF THE MINISTRY OF CULTURE.
- A large stage with a screen that, in addition to a film program for children and adults, will feature events included in Sofia’s cultural calendar.
- A variety of cultural events, theater performances, comedy shows, and presentations, as well as sports broadcasts and live commentary shows.
- Theater and film programs for children, puppet shows, screenings, and concerts for the youngest audience.
- Popular and brand-new film releases.
- Sports events.
- Various activities and workshops conducted with strict adherence to quarantine measures.
